Our Dirt calculator will help you estimate how many Cubic Yards of Dirt you need for your desired coverage area.

Step 1 – Determine your Coverage Area – We offer 2 types of calculators, 1 is a “Box” coverage area calculator for calculating square or rectangular areas. The 2nd is to calculate “Circular” areas.

* Box coverage area- input your measurements (Length x Width) into the “Area” fields.
* Circular coverage area input your diameter measurement

Step 2 – Enter desired materials depth- Input the depth in inches; the calculator will automatically estimate the required materials in cubic yards.

* The materials calculator offers 7 “Box” area fields and 4 “Circular” area fields for you to calculate multiple areas simultaneously. (back yard, front yard, driveway, garden, etc..)
* The materials calculator works for construction materials smaller then ¾” in size, including Topsoil, Dirt, Sand, Stone, Gravel, DGA, Stone Dust and Aggregate.
